The Countdown is On!


It's just a little over three weeks until "The Big Easy"! The committee is in final stages of preparation and are really excited for October 16. We still have a few tables available. If you haven't purchased your dinner tickets, please contact Stephannie Drury at 483-2962. Remember, we only sell 300, so don't delay!

The auction is held every three years. The St. Agnes PTO uses funds from the auction to support our technology program. As parents and teachers, we recognize that technology is an essential part of today's curriculum. We appreciate your support!

Items and Tickets




Check out a few of the items rolling in for the auction! We also have great gift certificates, a flat screen TV and much more!

Dinner tickets go on sale August 28 and are available after weekend masses. You may also purchase tickets at the school office or by calling Kim Drury at 483-3843. Tickets are $35 per person or $300 for a table of ten. This includes drinks, meal and your bidder number. We're still welcoming all donations! Please contact Jennifer Kiefer at 483-3184.

Update

The school year has ended and the auction committee is busy planning for this year's event, "The Big Easy". Donation forms have been sent to businesses and the raffle tickets have gone home with students. Only 500 raffle tickets will be sold, with top prize being $5,000! Tickets are $30 each and available from school families or by contacting Cathy Beyatte. Dinner tickets will be on sale at the beginning of the school year.

Welcome!

Welcome to the site for the 2010 St. Agnes Auction! The auction benefits St. Agnes School in Bloomsdale, Missouri and is held every three years. This auction will provide funding of educational needs for the students, including textbooks, software, physical education equipment and more.
